Benito's Tres Leches
Inspired by one of Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio’s favorite desserts (aka artist Bad Bunny, and no celebrity crush here…) this not too sweet three layered chiffon cake is soaked with cream, vanilla, rum, condensed milk and filled with layers of toasted coconut pastry cream, caramel and guava jam. The cake is covered in toasted italian meringue, dollops of whipped cream, guava jam, caramel and sprinkled with toasted coconut!
